Raw Material Preparation and Dosing
High-quality processes begin with the safe, reliable preparation and dosing of raw materials. Discharging systems for a wide variety of transport containers ensure dust-free feeding of the feed material to the processing systems. Mills and fine grinding systems process it gently and break up unwanted agglomerates. Before and after this, separators, sieves or classifiers ensure the purity and desired particle fineness. Finally, volumetric or gravimetric dosing systems feed the materials into the core process. Decanters and centrifuges are suitable for separating solid-liquid mixtures. Purely liquid mixtures are separated by distillation. The liquid reactants can also be atomised during the dosing process.
