Production Environment

Process engineering systems require a lot of equipment. The right temperature control is achieved with heat exchangers, vaporisers, cooling or freezing units. Electrical trace heating systems also ensure that products do not cool down too early in pipes. Special WIP/CIP/SIP systems are increasingly being used for cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation. Those who require an environment with a particularly low particle concentration for their production utilise the possibilities of cleanroom technology with isolators, containment systems or RABS. They not only protect the product from contamination, but also the operator from active substances or other harmful products. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is also essential in many production environments.
