Analysis and Control

You can only control and improve what you can measure. This is absolutely true for processes in the process industry. Monitoring numerous values makes it possible to control the process reliably. Measurement and analysis technology provides the necessary process variables - whether pH or redox value, pressure or turbidity, moisture or fill level. Process analysis technology (PAT) is becoming increasingly important in the context of digitalisation and Industry 4.0. Analytics and testing technology also play an important role in the inspection of intermediate and end products, for example for determining TOC and bacterial counts or detecting foreign bodies using metal detectors or X-ray inspection devices. Quality management, characterised by standards such as GMP, HACCP etc., is therefore based on a solid foundation.
