The early bird ...

Last chance to take advantage of the early bird discount at POWTECH TECHNOPHARM – for exhibitors. Visitors still have almost a year to prepare for the next event. A good 50 per cent of the exhibition space has already been allocated. If you are quick, you still have the chance to get your favourite space in the restructured environment of NürnbergMesse at special conditions and set the course for the coming years at the same time.

In the entrance area of an exhibition, many people are moving towards the ticket control terminals. Above the entrance doors are signs reminding people of the next POWTECH TECHNOPHARM from 23 to 25 September 2025. Save the date. One year before the next POWTECH TECHNOPHARM, over 50 per cent of the stand space has already been allocated. Early bookers should book by 15 October 2024 to secure their future regular place.

What could be more pleasant than visiting an exhibition and knowing your way around from the outset? The cloakroom on the right, the first large hall on the left, the chance to have a small espresso in the centre before plunging into the hustle and bustle. First to the project partners of exhibitor Meier, who always stands in the centre aisle. And you really want to catch Mr Schulze, the managing director of the company of the same name - but he's only there on the first day. So off we go, two halls further on, diametrically opposite on the other side.

Admittedly, the names are fictitious. But doesn't everyone have such fixed points at a trade fair like POWTECH TECHNOPHARM? But the last few years have brought some movement. Major events have been postponed, concepts have been changed, exhibitors (especially international ones) have been added or (a few) have stayed away. POWTECH has seen a lot of movement in particular: through the expansion of the brand to POWTECH TECHNOPHARM, with the clear claim ‘Your Destination for Processing’ and now also through the ‘move’ to Halls 8 to 12 in the North-West Exhibition Centre. With FACHPACK taking place at the same time in Halls 1 to 7 and the PARTEC Congress, POWTECH TECHNOPHARM will ensure a lively event in the coming year.

The new regular venue in an attractive environment

Numerous exhibitors have already seized the opportunity and secured their stand space. Not without first making sure that ‘their’ new hall and its location are really attractive. Ideally, this is where the new ‘regular place’ should be. After all, exhibitors don't just want to be found quickly via the planned digital trade fair guide. But also at the next POWTECH TECHNOPHARM events, which will now be held consistently in September, preferably almost blindfolded. Then the trade fair visit quickly becomes a family reunion. You also want to pick out your neighbours. Even if this is not possible in every case, the trade fair organisers do their utmost to fulfil every exhibitor's wishes for a suitable environment. In addition to partner companies, this can also be the well-frequented specialist forums or special shows, such as the VDMA in Hall 10.

The interior of an exhibition hall is shown. In an exhibition aisle, many people are on the move or talking to each other. Numerous large signs and a screen can be seen to the right and left. Some of them depict industrial equipment. It can get crowded. Stands at the centre axes and entrances, near expert forums and special exhibitions or simply in the vicinity of other participants that attract the right clientele are the best frequented.

There are only a few days left, until 15 October, for exhibitors to benefit from the early booking advantage, also economically. “A good 50 per cent of the space has already been allocated,” says Marianny Eisenhofer, Director of POWTECH TECHNOPHARM, adding: “But there are still some really good places among the stand spaces still available. Those who are quick can secure them now.” The special conditions are of course intended to entice exhibitors. “But I think it's more important to find a location that is also suitable for the coming years,” emphasises Eisenhofer. “A good choice of location can highlight the uniqueness of a brand and at the same time help to make trade fair construction as sustainable as possible.” The open concept of POWTECH TECHNOPHARM, in which there are no hall areas for specific technologies or target sectors, allows a great deal of freedom. Instead, the hall layout follows the premise that it should be worthwhile to look beyond one's own industry. As a result, visitors are always unexpectedly inspired during their tour of the trade fair.

Promising marketing packages cheaper for early bookers

Eisenhofer points out that an early booking discount is not only available for stand bookings. “Anyone who decides now to promote their trade fair participation with one of our customised marketing packages can look forward to a discount of 15 percent.’” The services are diverse: in addition to advertising in the trade fair's online and print media, they also include digital signage on the official signposting and advertising banners around or directly on the exhibition grounds.

Another positive aspect - for visitors and exhibitors alike - is the more flexible entry in the exhibitor database. Self-service now prevails there. This means that exhibitors will be able to place product presentations, company presentations and videos, enter keywords and contact details for several employees themselves from January onwards - and make changes as and when required. The POWTECH TECHNOPHARM community will be able to make active use of this tool in future, and not just in preparation for the trade fair. It will provide valuable content long before and after the trade fair, in addition to the ‘Industry Insights’ that went online at the beginning of 2024. This will make POWTECH TECHNOPHARM a permanent platform for dialogue and inspiration.
